A bright mix of spring greens, shaved veggies, and parmesan, tossed in a light Truffle Honey vinaigrette. Fresh, balanced, and beautifully seasonal.
Ingredients
- 5 cups spring mix or arugula
- ½ cup snap peas, sliced
- ¼ cup thinly sliced radishes
- ¼ cup shaved parmesan
- Edible flowers (optional)
Salad Dressing: Vinaigrette
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp Truffle Shuffle Brown Butter Truffle Honey
- Salt & pepper
Directions
- Shake vinaigrette ingredients together until emulsified.
- Toss salad ingredients and drizzle dressing just before serving.
- Finish with parmesan and optional edible flowers for Easter flair.
