Directions
Prep 🥒
Wash and slice the bell pepper, carrot, zucchini, and snap peas.
Cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
Mince the garlic and slice the scallion.
How to Cook 🍳
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Add the bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, zucchini, snap peas, and corn. Stir frequently and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until the veggies are tender but still crisp.
Pour in the soy sauce and hoisin sauce (if using). Stir well to coat the veggies with the sauce. Cook for another minute.
