Hey there, Chef Jason here! Let's whip up some Crunchy Chicken Fingers Fiesta! First, preheat your oven to 400F. Crush panko breadcrumbs and tortilla chips into fine crumbs, then mix in grated Parmesan. In a separate bowl, combine flour, your favorite seasoning (BBQ, Cajun, taco seasoning), and a pinch of Balinese Truffle Salt. In another bowl, whisk the eggs. Coat the chicken tenders in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mix. Place on a parchment-lined, sprayed sheet tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes, rotating halfway. Prep 🥒
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Put the panko breadcrumbs in a bowl with the tortilla chips. Smash everything together until they’re small crumbs! Once smashed, add the grated cheese.
Place the flour into another bowl with the seasoning and add a pinch of salt. Whisk together to combine.
Place the eggs into another mixing bowl and whisk together. Now you have everything for a 3 step breading process: flour, egg, and breadcrumbs!
Place a chicken tender into the flour bowl and coat it with flour. Then transfer the chicken into the eggs and finally place the chicken tender into the breadcrumbs.
Once the chicken is breaded, put the chicken onto the sheet tray lined with parchment paper and sprayed with pan spray.
Repeat until all chicken tenders are breaded and beautiful.
How to Cook 🍳
Put the breaded chicken cutlets into the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes. Make sure to rotate the pan halfway through cooking!
Mix together any sauces or condiments that you want to eat with the chicken.
While the chicken is cooking, clean everything up and get the kitchen looking gorgeous.
Once the chicken is cooked, carefully take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes.
