Hey there, it’s Chef Joy! ✨🧈 If you’re into bold, buttery spreads with a serious glow-up, you need to try this Whipped Brie Butter. It’s quick, fancy, and laced with Truffle Salt, then finished with a drizzle of Brown Butter Truffle Honey. I paired it with a fresh-baked whole wheat walnut raisin boule and let me tell you—it’s magic. The truffle brings out the earthy richness of the brie, while the butter keeps it light and spreadable. It’s indulgent without trying too hard. Let’s get snacking! 🍯🧄
Ingredients
-
1 (70z) brie, rinds mostly removed
-
1 stick unsalted butter
-
¼ tsp Truffle Salt
-
1 tbsp Brown butter Truffle Honey
Directions
Bring both cheese and butter to room temperature and cut butter into pieces.
Combine cheese and butter with the truffle salt. Using a hand mixer, egg beater or food processor, whip all ingredients together until smooth and fully combined.
Transfer to your serving dish and smooth the top of the brie butter.
Top with the truffle honey.
Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
Recipe Note
If you like it a bit cheesier, with a bit more of that fabulous brie earthiness, leave a bit of the rind on. It will mean more brie flavor and there will be a bit more cheese in your ratio.
